I’m two days late on this post, but it’s better late than never, right? This past week went great in every aspect of my life. For some reason I feel I kind of had a revelation and I’m working on connecting to my inner self and just becoming a better wife and person in general… It may sound a little bit cheesy, but is truth.
This week was soooo busy that it feels that it lasted forever and at the same time it feels that it went by super fast… have you had that feeling before?
Fall is finally arriving down here… can you believe that when I went for my run this morning it was 64F? The humidity is still pretty intense but at least the temperature dropping helps a little bit!
I’m back on MWM (My Weekly Mileage) to share with you a little bit about last week and how did my training go… I’m very surprised because I believe I’ve been very consistent with my training for the NYC Marathon and I’ve barely skip any of my training sessions!
As I mentioned on my previous post this is a new section I wanted to incorporate around here… Every Sunday I’ll be posting a list of the workouts I did during the past week and hopefully this will inspire some of you to get moving or will give you an idea of some workouts you can do!
