Last week we made miso soup twice and I wanted to share with you our recipe. It’ll only take you a few minutes to make! This is a great dinner by itself or as an appetizer… Don’t abuse from it since it’s high in sodium!
– 4 cups of water
– ½ cup chopped green chard
– ½ cup chopped green onion
– ¼ cup cubed firm tofu
– 4 Tbsp. white miso paste
– 1 sheet chopped nori
Add the water in a pan and bring to a simmer. Add the nori and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the miso paste, green chard, green onion and tofu and cook for another 5 minutes.
