Another week full of activities!

This was my last “serious” week of training for the NYC Marathon so I wanted to give it all I could…

We had a dinner party at the house that turned into a great evening with friends surrounded by pizza, salad, champagne, beer, wine and more wine! I also had my regular sessions with clients, several appointments; I ran errands and ended up my week in NYC where Bobby had to work at the Wine and Food Festival.

While in the city, I couldn’t stop thinking about how next time I’m there it’ll be to run all over its streets!!! We had some free time so we went for dinner and relaxed a little bit… just 12 more days!

Here’s how last week went:

MONDAY: 7 miles with Andrea @8:37/mile + Pure Barre

TUESDAY: 6 miles @8:50/mile

WEDNESDAY: Yoga Flow at Savannah Yoga Barre

THURSDAY: 7 miles @8:28/mile

FRIDAY: Bikram Yoga

SATURDAY: 12 miles with the Savannah Striders @8:27/mile

SUNDAY: Off

TOTAL MILEAGE: 32 miles

TOTAL RUNNING MILEAGE: 32 miles

As you can see I also went back to yoga and I can definitely say that it was one of the highlights of my week! I didn’t realized that I haven’t practiced in 3 weeks and felt the difference right away… I’ll definitely be back this week!
