And I’m back!!!
These past weeks have been super busy (in a great way!) between family visiting, traveling and working on some new projects 🙂
We organized a family bachelorette party for my cousin in Disney for a weekend and we had a blast! Then my uncles came to visit for almost a full week so we cooked, went out for dinner, drinks, etc. Then I went to Atlanta for the day and now I’m ready to keep working A LOT this week before I leave town again and more friends come visit!
Also, lululemon Savannah’s Run, bootcamp, run has been a complete success. This Wednesday will be week #4 and I’m gladly surprised on how many people show up week after week… It really fills my heart with joy!
Training hasn’t been perfect but I’ve been sticking to my long runs and speed work and then I’m doing whatever I can in between… I have a week-long trip at the end of the month and then back to work and hopefully I’ll get back into full training mode!
So here’s how my past 2 weeks looked like:
MONDAY: 7 miles @9:06/mile (8 x 2 min. sprints) + Yoga Flow
TUESDAY: 7 miles @8:48/mile + Pure Barre
WEDNESDAY: Power Yoga + 2 miles and bootcamp @RBR
THURSDAY: 14 miles @9:11/mile
TOTAL MILEAGE: 30 miles
MONDAY: 4.3 miles @9:20/mile
TUESDAY: 7 miles @9:29/mile (8 x 2 min. sprints)
WEDNESDAY: 4 miles @8:21/mile + 2.5 miles and bootcamp @RBR
THURSDAY: Pure Barre
FRIDAY: 7 miles @8:19/mile
SATURDAY: 16 miles @8:52/mile
TOTAL MILEAGE: 40.8 miles
