These past 2 weeks have been pretty intense. They’ve been filled with laughs and tears… It’s crazy how life can change in an instant and take away from us people we love. That’s why we need to cherish every second and keep beautiful memories in our minds because that’s the only thing that nobody can take away from us.
On another note, Bobby and I’ve been home hanging out with friends, spending time with his family and cooking a lot.
I actually got the Whole 30 book and since I enjoy paleo meals I’m thinking about giving the plan a try… Comments and/or suggestions are welcome!
I’m excited about this upcoming week and I’m thinking about running a local half marathon this weekend so I can really push myself and see where I’m standing… Less than 7 weeks until marathon day so I need to do all I can!

TUESDAY: 6 miles @8:58/mile + Iron Bodies class
WEDNESDAY: 2 miles and bootcamp @RBR
THURSDAY: 7 miles @8:39/mile (2 mi WU + 3 mi tempo + 2 mi CD)
FRIDAY: Power Vinyasa Yoga
SATURDAY: 12 miles @8:50/mile
TOTAL MILEAGE: 37.87 miles
TOTAL RUNNING MILEAGE: 27 miles
MONDAY: 7 miles @8:54/mile + Iron Bodies class
TUESDAY: 8.39 miles biking
WEDNESDAY: 7 miles @8:46/mile (7 x 3 min. sprints)
THURSDAY: 7 miles @9:15/mile + Pure Barre
FRIDAY: Hot Forrest Yoga
SATURDAY: 20 miles @8:52/mile
TOTAL MILEAGE: 49.39 miles
TOTAL RUNNING MILEAGE: 41 miles
