Do you want to tone your whole body, get great abs but you feel that you don’t have enough time? Give planks a try!
This simple movement has amazing benefits:
– It builds the strength on your core, upper-body and lower-body.
– It helps increase flexibility in your posterior muscle groups throughout your body.
– It builds your mental strength! The more you do it, the longer you’d want to hold the it, so it’s kind of like running where you always try to go farther or faster… a race against yourself!
To see results, include them in your workout routine 3 times a week. Start doing 3 sets of 20 seconds and start holding the pose longer each time. I usually do 3 sets of 1 minute.
