MWM 28 – 29

Two more weeks of training, family time and work are behind me.

These past weeks I’ve been focusing a lot on my running and recovery (a.k.a massage, foam rolling, stretching, sleep). I feel my nutrition hasn’t been the best so I’m going to really work hard on that during the rest of the year but especially the next 3 weeks building up to my marathon.
